Each session is designed to support you in a safe, intentional, and personalized way. While individual sessions are available, many clients find the most meaningful and lasting results through working together over time.
Coaching and counseling sessions for singles and couples are generally 60 minutes long and can be conducted in person or online via video chat. Each session is custom tailored to your individual needs, wants, and goals. Together, we work to reach your predetermined objectives, whether that means bringing more pleasure and fulfillment to your current relationships, healing the effects of past experiences, or expanding your capacity for connection and intimacy.

Sex & Intimacy Coaching
Sexological Bodywork is a somatic, experiential approach to understanding and reconnecting with your body, sensation, and sexual expression. Working as a sexologist, I help individuals and couples navigate past trauma and cultivate satisfying relationships. Through a combination of guided awareness and, when appropriate, therapeutic and sensual touch, this work supports clients in developing a deeper relationship with their bodies.
Many individuals and couples seek this work to address repressed sexuality, heal from sexual trauma, or expand their capacity for pleasure and embodiment. Sessions are conducted in a safe, structured, and consent-based environment, allowing for both healing and education to take place simultaneously.

Psychosexual Bodywork Therapy focuses on the connection—or disconnection—between the mind and the sexual body.

As a sexologist and bodywork practitioner, I uses therapeutic touch and somatic techniques to address repressed sexuality or trauma. Working holistically with body, mind, and energy, this approach helps uncover where experiences, patterns, or trauma are held within the body. By accessing these deeper layers, we are able to address the root of the issue rather than just its surface expression.
This method supports meaningful healing and lasting change by integrating physical, emotional, and energetic awareness, allowing you to reconnect with your body in a more authentic and empowered way.

Psychosexual Bodywork Therapy
Intimate Touch Skills Practitioner and Trainer
Touch, especially at an intimate level, is a skill that can be learned, refined, and deeply understood.
I work with individuals and couples to develop conscious, attuned, and intentional touch—free from pressure or agenda. Through guided, experiential practices of giving and receiving, clients gain greater awareness of their own needs, boundaries, and responses, as well as those of their partner.
This work is both therapeutic and educational, helping to build confidence, communication, and a deeper sense of connection in physical intimacy.

Surrogate Partner Therapy is a structured, professional modality designed to support individuals in overcoming challenges related to intimacy, touch, and sexual expression.
Trained through Integrated Mind Body Therapy International, I work within the established Triadic Model, collaborating with and under the guidance of a licensed sex therapist when appropriate. This framework ensures a safe, ethical, and goal-oriented process.
Through one-on-one sessions, I support clients in developing confidence, communication skills, and embodied understanding of intimacy—from foundational concepts such as consent and touch, to more advanced levels of connection and sexual expression.
This work is particularly beneficial for individuals navigating sexual trauma, anxiety, or inexperience, offering a unique opportunity for growth that can only occur within a safe and guided relational dynamic.
